Terms and Conditions

1. Bookings for all accommodations offered through us are made exclusively through KulturGUT apartments and the owners. The same applies to all correspondence, reservations, and payment processing.

2. The contracting parties are the respective owner of the accommodation and the guest. KulturGUT apartments acts solely as an intermediary on behalf of the owner.

3. A formal accommodation contract is concluded upon booking and receipt of the booking confirmation. The general terms and conditions of rental must be observed and form part of the rental agreement.

4. On the day of arrival, the accommodation is available from 4:00 PM, and departure is by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.

5. The guest is obligated to leave the holiday accommodation clean (broom-clean), dispose of their rubbish, and avoid causing damage. The guest is liable for all accompanying persons. An invoice for repair costs may be issued for any damage to the rental property. This is usually covered by liability insurance. Any damage must be reported to KulturGUT apartments immediately by telephone or email.

6. Any existing damage or defects must be reported within 24 hours of taking possession of the apartment so that they can be rectified as quickly as possible. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
