Terms and Conditions
1. Bookings for all accommodations offered through us are made exclusively through KulturGUT apartments and the owners. The same applies to all correspondence, reservations, and payment processing.
2. The contracting parties are the respective owner of the accommodation and the guest. KulturGUT apartments acts solely as an agent on behalf of the owner.
3. Upon booking and confirmation, a proper accommodation contract is entered into. The general rental conditions must be observed and are an integral part of the rental agreement.
4. On the day of arrival, the accommodation is available from 4 p.m., and departure is by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
5. The guest undertakes to leave the holiday accommodation clean (swept), to dispose of their own rubbish, and to avoid any damage. The guest is liable for all accompanying persons. A repair bill may be charged for any damage caused to the rental property. Liability insurance generally covers this. Any damage must be reported immediately to KulturGUT apartments by phone or email.
6. Any damage or defects must be reported within 24 hours of taking over the apartment so that they can be remedied as quickly as possible.
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
